At Cellphone Location, we strive to provide our users with excellent tracking services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to unsubscribe from our service or request a refund. Below, we’ve outlined the processes for both.

Unsubscribe (if applicable)

If you wish to unsubscribe from our email notifications or service, we’re here to assist you:

To unsubscribe from our services, log into your account and navigate to the “Account Settings” section. There, you will find an option to cancel your subscription. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team at support@cellphonelocation.net and we will guide you through the process.

Please note that unsubscribing from our service may result in the loss of access to certain features and tracking capabilities.

Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to request a refund, please follow these guidelines:

Eligibility for Refund: If a plan is canceled before the billing period ends and you have not used Mobitracker during your subscription period, you may be eligible for a refund. However, if the service has been utilized during the billing period, no refund will be issued for that billing period.

If you have not used the service and have complied with the terms, you may request a refund from our customer service team within 14 days of the transaction date. All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving your return or cancellation request. If you have any questions, please contact your issuing bank to find out when the credit will be applied to your account.

Processing Time: Once your refund request has been received, we will review it and respond as soon as possible. Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
